This Policy is issued in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) read with the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (“DPDP Rules”), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and other applicable laws of India. By using the Website and providing your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. 1. Personal Data We Collect 3.1 Mandatory Data (required to fulfil your order) To process and deliver your order, we collect the following personal data, which is necessary and without which we cannot fulfil your purchase: Customer Name; Delivery Address; Contact details — email address and/or phone number. We may share your personal data only with: Logistics and courier partners (e.g., our shipping/fulfilment provider) strictly for the purpose of delivering your order; Payment gateways and processors, strictly to process your payments securely; Service providers (such as IT, analytics, or communication tools) engaged by us as Data Processors under appropriate obligations of confidentiality and security; Government authorities, courts, or law-enforcement agencies where required by law. Any Data Processor engaged by us is bound to process your data only under our instructions and to maintain appropriate security safeguards. 8. In the event of a personal data breach, we will take appropriate action and provide intimation to the affected Data Principals and to the Data Protection Board of India, as required under the DPDP Act and DPDP Rules. 10. Children’s Data Our products and Website are intended for adults (aged 18 years and above). We do not knowingly collect personal data of children without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. In accordance with the DPDP Act, we do not undertake processing likely to cause detrimental effect on a child, nor do we carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. Governing Law This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
