By accessing the Website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms are published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules made thereunder. 1. Definitions • “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “NOVI” refers to the brand NOVI, Brand Owner: Konoha Ventures LLP. • “You”, “User”, “Customer” refers to any person who accesses the Website or purchases our products. • “Products” means the pet grooming products offered for sale by NOVI, including shampoos, conditioners, and related pet care preparations. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase products from the Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements. 3. Products and Descriptions Our products are pet grooming and cosmetic care preparations intended for external use on companion animals (dogs and cats) only. Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for information. While we take care to describe our products accurately, minor variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur. Our products are non-medicated cosmetic grooming preparations. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in animals. For any health concern relating to your pet, please consult a qualified veterinarian. 4. Use of Products Products are for external use only, on pets. Please read the label, ingredient list, and usage instructions before use. Conduct a patch test where advised. Discontinue use if any irritation or adverse reaction occurs and consult a veterinarian. We shall not be responsible for misuse of products contrary to label instructions. 5. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order shall be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. 6. Orders and Acceptance Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, including where product is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. Order confirmation will be sent to the contact details you provide. 7. Payment Payment must be made through the payment methods offered on the Website. All online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and by making a payment you agree to their terms. We do not store your complete card or banking credentials. We are not liable for any failure, delay, or error attributable to the payment gateway or your bank. 8. Shipping and Delivery We deliver through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, and force majeure events. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate; we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by you. 9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds As our products are personal-care items, returns are accepted only in the following circumstances: • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or leaking; • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered; • The product is expired at the time of delivery. To claim a return/replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with the order details and photographs of the product/packaging. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Products that have been used, opened without a valid defect claim, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. Order cancellations are permitted only before the order has been shipped. 10. Intellectual Property All content on the Website, including the NOVI name, logo, trademarks, product names, text, graphics, images, and design, is the property of the Brand Owner / NOVI and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any content without our prior written permission. Nothing on the Website grants you any licence or right to use any trademark or content. 11. User Conduct You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for breach of these Terms. 12. Reviews and User Content If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and reproduce such content in connection with our business. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Purchases made on third-party marketplaces are governed by the terms of those platforms. 16. Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, strikes, supply-chain disruptions, or failures of logistics or payment partners. 17.
